Brooke's competitive nature surfaced a couple of weeks ago when one of her friends came over to swim. Her friend had taken swim lessons and was able to jump off the side of the pool into the water and swim halfway across the pool to her mother. Brooke immediately began practicing to keep up with her friend. This short video was so cute that I just had to share it!

Margaret came over after VBS to play with Brooke. They both enjoyed having a "girl day"! I couldn't resist taking a video of them eating lunch today. We set up extra chairs at the table for their babies. They had a great time together!

On Wednesday, we enjoyed lunch at Chick-Fil-A and then went to Will & Tyler's house to play. They had a BLAST!!! They dressed up in power ranger costumes, got tattoos all over, and Ms. Dana fixed mohawks for the boys. Lots of laughing ....

After VBS today, we had some friends over to our neighborhood pool to swim. Here is a picture of "the big kids" ... Will, Lance, Tyler, Drew, and Cooper. They had a great time!

One thing for sure, all 3 of our children love to climb trees ... and anything else for that matter! They found the perfect tree to climb in my grandparent's yard. Once everyone found their own branch, they asked me to take their picture!

This picture sums up our normal routine ... craziness! However, I wouldn't trade it for the world. Chad and I realize how blessed we are and thank God every single day for entrusting these three little ones to us. They are precious!

We had a very special visit with my grandparents on Friday. The kids were excited to see Grammy and Grampy! They enjoyed "showing off" all of their latest tricks while Mom sat on pens & needles waiting to see what might happen. Luckily, we all made it out safe!!!

As anticipated, we have already spent a great amount of time at the pool this summer ~ and this was only our first week of summer in town! The kids always have a great time ... and it is really the only way to stay cool!
