More Cookie Day Fun!

After decorating cookies, the boys enjoyed playing football and playing in some nearby woods.

Cookie Day!

One tradition my mom has set is an annual Cookie Day right before Christmas. This year, we had Cookie Day the Friday before Christmas. Quinten and Ainsley were in town, so my kids were thrilled to enjoy this day not only with their Mimi but with their cousins. They had a great time!!!

Stocking Party!

One tradition that Gigi has started with the grandkids is to have a "stocking party" before Christmas. They had a great time painting, opening their stockings, and eating yummy snacks. Thanks to Gigi for a great family tradition!

Good Morning Birthday Boys ...

Lance and Cooper had a great birthday morning on the 14th! They enjoyed opening some cards & gifts as well as have eat one of their favorite breakfasts - pancakes! The anticipation built up as they prepared for their big party that afternoon!!!

Impromptu Nativity

Each year, the kid's preschool does an Impromptu Natvity where the children have an active role in playing out the birth of Jesus. This year, the boy's class dressed up like wise men; Brooke's class played the shepherd role. Lance and Cooper had a great time; Brooke was not too interested in participating this year.

A Visit with Santa

The kids got to see Santa at the mall on Monday; and they were THRILLED!!! They were all anxious to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas .... now lets wait and see if their wishes come true!!

The boys had their Christmas Program at church this past Sunday. We all enjoyed watching the program and loved hearing them sing "Celebrate"!

Several weeks ago, our washing machine broke ... and the only positive thing from that experience was the kids getting 2 huge boxes to play in. They have enjoyed the boxes for over a week now and continue to add various decorations on almost a daily basis!

Our "Little Ham" ...

One thing about Brooke - she LOVES to have everyone's attention ... and this particular night, she most certainly did! Dressed in Mom's "three flower shirt" with her headband in place, Brooke prepares herself to read a story to the whole family. The boys thought she was hysterical!
