Preschool Graduation

Today marked the end of preschool years for my boys ... and the beginning of a new journey in their lives! Their class had a preschool graduation ceremony followed by a luncheon. It was, without doubt, one of the most precious and memorable ceremonies I have ever attended. I cannot believe my twins are growing up so quickly; however, I am so excited for what is to come for them both!

End of Season Baseball Party

The boys had their end of season baseball party this weekend before their last game. They had a fun time eating pizza & brownies ... but without doubt were most thrilled to receive their trophy. Way to go Angels!!!

Brooke's Homework

Brooke loves doing crafts. This particular day, she found some homework pages of the twins and asked if she could do it. I was absolutely amazed at how well she did! There were 6 pictures at the bottom of the page. The instructions were to cut out the 4 that started with the letter "V", color them, and glue them on the page. She did a great job ... and even wrote her name at the top when she was done!
Wonder if she will do this well once she starts kindergarden in a few years?!?

"It's A Girl Day"

Lance and Cooper played at a friend's house after preschool this past Thursday. Once Brooke learned this, she shouted, "It's gonna be a girl day!" When I asked Brooke what she wanted to do, she quickly responded that she wanted to go to the mall. We just browsed around ... my kind of girl! We had a fun afternoon together!

Beyond Precious ...

This is my favorite picture of Brooke as of late. She was so happy to pose in the boys' baseball hat!

Family Fun

Last week, we took the kids to an area high school soccer game. They all had such a fun time and cheered hard for the teams!

Household Chores ... for the Little Ones!

The boys, in particular, are always looking for ways to earn money. Over the past several months, we have talked to them about having some chores. Yesterday, I think they took it upon themselves to adopt their own chore; they each set out to do them. Cooper decided his chore would be to water the plants for one week; Lance said he would empty the wastebaskets in all the bathrooms everyday for one week; and Brooke wants to help fold the laundry. After looking at these pictures, can you tell who is ready to give up already?!? (Where's Lance?!?)

Double Trouble ... Need I Say Anymore?!?

Playhouse Update

Papaw is still working very hard on Brooke's playhouse. The kids still get excited everytime he comes to work ... and they are still managing to help out just a little bit!

Mother's Day Tea

Brooke's preschool class had a Mother's Day Tea this past Thursday. It was very sweet and thoughtful of her teachers to plan for us. We had a fun time!

Sprinkler Park Fun

Game Ball

Cooper was thrilled to receive the game ball at one of his baseball games this past week. After fielding the ball, he threw it to first base where his team got a runner out. Cooper was so excited!

Thursday Playdates

The boys had a fun time playing with Drew and Owen. Once we got home from preschool, all 4 boys went into Lance & Cooper's room to put on yellow jerseys. They had already decided that they wanted to play soccer in the backyard. When I asked them about teams, they all said, "It's the boys against Lance & Cooper's mom." Having played soccer growing up, I was up for the challenge! We all had a fun time!!!

Brooke and Skylar enjoyed their afternoon at Adam & Kyle's house. Thank you, Kelly, for having Brooke over to play; she had a wonderful time ... and this picture is absolutely precious!

Brooke and Skylar

Brooke was so excited to have Skylar come play one day this week, especially since the boys were out playing at their friend's. The girls had such a fun time playing dress-up. After changing clothes a number of times, they decided they were "going to the beach" so they had better wear a bathing suit. Aren't they precious?!?

A Day at the Zoo

Last week, we went to the zoo with my friends Kelly and Betsy. The weather was perfect; and everyone had a great time!
